1. Introduction

NEXRAVEN INNOVATION ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Subtitle Caption Studio mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our app. By using the app, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Subtitle Caption Studio is designed with privacy in mind. We do not require you to create an account, provide your name, email address, phone number, or password to use the core service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information needed to operate the service:

• Anonymous identifiers: The app signs you in anonymously using a Google-provided authentication service. We do not collect your name, email, or personal contact details.
• Anonymous wallet identifiers: A stable anonymous identity is used to manage your token wallet, rewards, purchases, and recovery features.
• Media files: Video or audio files you select for subtitle generation are transmitted securely to our servers for temporary processing. Files are not stored permanently and are removed after processing is complete.
• Feedback: If you choose to submit in-app feedback (such as a rating or comment), that content is transmitted to us.
• Crash and diagnostic data: Limited, anonymised crash reports and diagnostic information may be collected to help us improve app stability and performance.
• Advertising data: If you see ads, Google may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad delivery. This is subject to Google's privacy practices.

3. How We Use Information

The information we collect is used solely to:

• Provide and operate the subtitle generation service
• Manage your anonymous token wallet, rewards, and purchases
• Process and deliver subtitle results for your media files
• Respond to feedback you voluntarily submit
• Maintain app stability, security, and performance
• Deliver advertisements where applicable

We do not use your information for profiling, targeted surveillance, or any purpose unrelated to operating the service.

4. Media Files and User Content

• Media files you import are transmitted securely to our servers for temporary subtitle processing only.
• Processed media is not stored permanently. Files are removed after the subtitle result has been delivered to you.
• Exported subtitle files are saved locally on your device. If you choose to share them through third-party apps (such as email or messaging), those third-party apps' terms and privacy practices apply.
• You are responsible for the media you choose to process through the app.

5. Advertising

• The app may display advertisements provided by Google.
• In regulated regions (such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and certain US states), you will be asked for consent before personalised advertising is enabled.
• You can manage your advertising preferences at any time through the app's Legal & Privacy settings.
• Ad content is managed by Google and is not endorsed by NEXRAVEN INNOVATION.
• Ads may be suppressed when your device is offline or when you have an active paid-token balance.

6. Analytics

• We may collect anonymised, aggregate usage data to understand how the app is used and to improve performance.
• Analytics data contains only general usage events and never includes your personal content, media files, or identifying information.
• In regulated regions, analytics collection requires your consent. You can manage this preference at any time through the app's Legal & Privacy settings.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared only:

• With Google, to provide authentication, cloud processing, advertising, and app security services — all subject to Google's own privacy policies
• As required by applicable law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users and our business

Google and its services are subject to Google's own privacy practices.

8. Data Storage and Security

• Anonymous identifiers and wallet data are stored securely on our servers.
• Media files are processed temporarily and removed after subtitle results are delivered.
• Data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted.
• We implement appropriate security measures to protect information from unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure.

9. Data Retention

• Temporary media-processing data is removed after processing is complete.
• Anonymous wallet data is retained for as long as your wallet is active.
• You can request deletion of your data by contacting us at the email address below.

10. Children's Privacy

Subtitle Caption Studio is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 18 is using the app, we will take steps to remove their information.

11. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your information
• Withdraw consent for advertising and analytics data collection
• Object to or restrict certain data processing activities

13. International Use

If you use the app from outside the region where our servers are located, your information may be transferred to and processed in the region where our services operate. By using the app, you consent to such transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When material changes are made, the "Last Modified" date at the top of this document will be updated. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
